Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung komplexer Migrationsprojekte im Microsoft-Umfeld
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb von Microsoft-365- und Cloud-Lösungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Remote Desktop Services
  • Design, Implementierung und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points)
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen in Kundenumgebungen remote und vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Monitoring- und RMM-Systemen
  • Beratung von Kunden in Infrastruktur-, Modernisierungs- und Cloud-Themen
  • Sicherstellung stabiler, sicherer und dokumentierter IT-Umgebungen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Fachrichtung Systemtechnik, idealerweise mit fachspezifischer IT-Weiterbildung (HF/FH) ergänzt
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT System Engineer ab Ausbildungsabschluss
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Client-Betriebssystemen, Virtualisierung und Cloud-Technologien
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer IT-Systeme und Netzwerke
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstarke, teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
