Ihre Aufgaben - Du betreust selbständig dein eigenes Portfolio und bist die erste Ansprechperson für deine Kunden - Du begleitest diese in sämtlichen treuhänderischen Fragestellungen - Kundenbuchhaltungsmandate; Erstellung und Review von Jahresabschlüssen - Steuererklärungen - Betreuen von Lohnbuchhaltungsmandaten - Beratung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Steuern und Unternehmensführung - Begleitung von Unternehmensgründungen, Umstrukturierungen,Kapitalveränderungen und Nachfolgelösungen - Unterstützung und fachliches Coaching von Mitarbeitenden - Mitgestaltung von digitalen Prozessen

Ihr Profil - Kaufmännische Grundausbildung ergänzt durch eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung (Fachausweis, Uni-/FH-Abschluss) - Die Planung der Ausbildung eines Expertendiploms würde begrüsst und unterstützt werden - Einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Treuhandbranche in der Mandatsleitung - Du bist engagiert, selbständig und bist eigeninitiativ - Du schätzt ein digitales Umfeld und interessierst dich dafür - Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt - Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken - Deutsch ist Deine Muttersprache oder Du besitzt einwandfreie Kenntnisse, von Vorteil bringst Du Englischkenntnisse mit - Dein Idealalter liegt zwischen 25 - 45 Jahren
