Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im technischen Umfeld suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Bereich Brandsicherheit. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Sicherheits- und Infrastrukturprojekte und begleiten diese von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme

Aufgaben ###

  • Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Brandsicherheit und Gebäudesicherheit
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Brandschutz- und Sicherheitskonzepten für anspruchsvolle Anlagen und Gebäude
  • Planung und Sicherstellung von Not- und Sicherheitsbeleuchtungen, Fluchtweg- und Evakuierungskonzepten sowie Rauch- und - Wärmeabzugsanlagen
  • Projektierung und Überwachung von Brandmelde-, Sicherheits- und Überwachungssystemen
  • Beurteilung von Risiken und Gefahrenquellen sowie Definition geeigneter Schutzmassnahmen
  • Technische, organisatorische und finanzielle Führung der Projekte
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Offerten sowie Kosten- und Terminüberwachung
  • Koordination interner Fachstellen sowie externer Partner und Lieferanten
  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Projektdokumentation sowie Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und im Bereich Brandsicherheit
  • Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie organisatorische und kaufmännische Kompetenzen
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer technischer Projekte

Informatik ###

Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement- und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und Projektdokumentationen

Sprachen ###

Deutsch m+s: sehr gut Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
