Wir beliefern Zahnarztpraxen und \-zentren mit einem umfassenden Portfolio – von Praxiseinrichtungen über Geräte bis hin zu Verbrauchsmaterialien. In der Schweiz engagieren sich über 30 Mitarbeitende täglich für höchste Service\- und Beratungsqualität.

Unser Technischer Service ist ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor unseres Unternehmens: , kompetent und kundennah. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ausschliesslich erfahrene Servicetechniker:innen mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung im Dentalbereich. Bewerbungen von Einsteiger:innen oder Quereinsteiger:innen können wir leider nicht berücksichtigen.

Ihre Aufgaben -------------

technisch anspruchsvoll und vielseitig

  • Spezialisierter technischer Service an dentalen Behandlungseinheiten und/oder Röntgengeräten
  • Installation, Wartung und Reparatur dentalmedizinischer Geräte vor Ort
  • Technischer Support per Fernwartung und telefonisch
  • Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Demontage kompletter Praxisausstattungen inkl. Bauüberwachung
  • Integration medizintechnischer Systeme in bestehende IT\- und Praxisinfrastrukturen
  • Einweisung und Schulung unserer Kund:innen im Umgang mit neuen Geräten
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung der Verkaufsteams

Das bringen Sie mit -------------------

fachlich erfahren und kundenorientiert

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Service im Dentalbereich (zwingende Voraussetzung)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Behandlungseinheiten und/oder Röntgengeräten
  • NIV15\-Bewilligung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Medizinaltechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT\-Systemen sowie Interesse an digitalen Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit CRM\-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sicheres, kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Führerausweis Kat. B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
