Die LERNBAHN ist eine Marke der Schaffhauser Sonderschulen und begleitet Kinder und Jugendliche mit unterschiedlichen Beeinträchtigungen - integrativ in Regelschulen sowie an fünf eigenen Standorten im Kanton Schaffhausen. Über 570 Mitarbeitende setzen sich täglich dafür ein, dass Kinder und Jugendliche bestmögliche Entwicklungs- und Bildungschancen haben.

Ergänzende Schulleitung Zyklus 2, 60 bis 70 % ##

Bereich G, Schulhaus Granatenbaumgut, Eintritt per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

Sie starten den Tag im Austausch mit Lehrpersonen, begleiten anspruchsvolle Situationen mit Ruhe und Klarheit und sorgen dafür, dass Kinder, Mitarbeitende und Familien Orientierung finden. Im Bereich G der Lernbahn gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team einen Schulalltag, in dem Schülerinnen und Schüler mit kognitiven und mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen ganzheitlich gesehen werden und sich in ihrem eigenen Tempo entwickeln können.

Als ergänzende Schulleitung übernehmen Sie die pädagogische und personelle Führung im Zyklus 2 mit rund fünf Klassen sowie die Aufsicht über die schulinterne Tagesstruktur. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Schulleitungsteam und den Lehrpersonen zusammen. Die Stelle beinhaltet keinen Einsitz in die Geschäftsleitung.

  • Sie führen, begleiten und unterstützen Mitarbeitende klar, wertschätzend und verbindlich. 
  • Sie verantworten die pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung des Zyklus 2. 
  • Sie fördern eine positive Schul- und Teamkultur und stärken die Zusammenarbeit im Alltag. 
  • Sie planen und koordinieren schulische Abläufe, Projekte und operative Themen. 
  • Sie wirken an der Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung mit und bringen Ihre pädagogische Perspektive aktiv ein. 
  • Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit Eltern, Fachstellen und Behörden zusammen. 
  • Sie unterstützen das Schulleitungsteam in operativen Themen. 

Das bringen Sie mit : ###

  • Ein EDK anerkanntes Lehrdiplom, idealerweise einen Master of Arts in Schulischer Heilpädagogik. 
  • Eine Zusatzausbildung in Management, beispielsweise CAS Schulleitung, oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben. 
  • Freude an Führungsaufgaben und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen. 
  • Eine wertschätzende, klare und verbindliche Kommunikation. 
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie eine lösungsorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise. 
  • Interesse an Schulentwicklungsprozessen und pädagogischen Fragestellungen.
