VOS MISSIONS

Votre rôle implique une maîtrise avancée de compétences spécifiques :

  • Répondre aux besoins en ergothérapie : Vous évaluez les besoins spécifiques des personnes atteintes de handicaps temporaires, chroniques ou de pathologies.
  • Évaluation du retour à domicile : Vous évaluez la capacité des clients de se maintenir à domicile, et proposez les adaptations nécessaires.
  • Optimisation de la qualité des interventions : Grâce à vos compétences spécifiques, vous contribuez à garantir des interventions de haute qualité auprès des clients.
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Vous coopérez efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et le réseau pour assurer une prise en charge intégrée et coordonnée.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme HES en ergothérapie ou d'une qualification jugée équivalente.
  • Doté(e) d'autonomie, de polyvalence et d'une grande capacité d'écoute, vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le maintien à domicile et la relation d'aide.
  • Vous avez la capacité de vous adapter facilement à diverses situations, et l'écoute, la flexibilité font partie de vos atouts.
  • Vous possédez un permis de conduire et, idéalement, un véhicule personnel.
