In unserer Ergotherapie bist du ein wichtiger Teil des interprofessionellen Behandlungsteams und begleitest geriatrische Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem Weg zurück in den Alltag. Dein Einsatz reicht von der Akutgeriatrie über die Rehabilitation nach medizinischen, chirurgischen oder orthopädischen Eingriffen bis hin zur ambulanten Therapie. Zur Verstärkung unseres Ergotherapie\-Teams am Standort Basel suchen wir per oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als: Ergotherapeutin/en 60 \- 90% Deine Aufgaben: Mitverantwortung bei der Abklärung der Gesamtsituation und Behandlung der Patient:innen im interprofessionellen Team Ganzheitliche ergotherapeutische Befundung und Behandlung von akut\-geriatrischen, akutstationären und Rehabilitationspatient:innen mit Krankheitsbildern aus den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Chirurgie, Geriatrie, Innere Medizin und Neurologie Bei Bedarf Durchführung von Wohnraumabklärungen Durchführung von Gruppentherapien Elektronische Befund\- und Verlaufsdokumentation sowie Leistungserfassung Konstruktive interdisziplinäre und professionelle Zusammenarbeit Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl.
