Das Blumenhaus Buchegg bietet für Menschen mit einer kognitiven und mehrfachen Behinderung ein Wohnheim mit einer integrierten Tagesstätte, eine Sonderschule mit Therapien, ein Internat für Kinder und Jugendliche und geschützte Arbeitsplätze an. Die medizinischen Therapien runden das Angebot ab.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Person als:

Ergotherapeutin / Ergotherapeut FH/HF im Sonderschulbereich, 50-80%

? Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die klientenzentrierte ergotherapeutische Abklärung, Planung, Behandlung, Dokumentation und Evaluation nach ärztlicher Verordnung.
  • Du begleitest die Anschaffung und Anpassung von klientenzentrierten Hilfsmitteln.
  • Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen, Angehörigen, ärztlichen Fachpersonen und externen Stellen zusammen.
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen in Besprechungen, Teamsitzungen sowie in die Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung der Ergotherapie ein.

? Was du mitbringst:

  • Du verfügst über eine anerkannte, abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeutin oder Ergotherapeut HF/FH.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über praktische Erfahrung / Weiterbildungen in der (Neuro-)Pädiatrie oder im sonderpädagogischen Bereich sowie Grundlagenwissen zu pädiatrischen Diagnosen, insbesondere im Autismusspektrum.
  • Du gehst belastbar und flexibel mit herausforderndem Verhalten sowie mit kurzfristigen Veränderungen im Arbeitsalltag um.
  • Du bist bereit, dich aktiv einzubringen und dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Dich erwartet ein kleines, humorvolles, motiviertes und kollegiales Therapie-Team, das dich mit Fachkompetenz und Herz in deinen Aufgaben begleitet. Du hast viel Raum für Eigeninitiative und eine flexible Arbeitsgestaltung sowie die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs mitzuwirken. Während der Schulferien hast du arbeitsfrei, davon sind sieben Wochen bezahlt. Zudem unterstützen wir deine fachliche Weiterentwicklung durch interne und externe Weiterbildungen. 

Ab Anfang 2027 beziehen wir unseren Neubau mit grosszügigen Therapieräumlichkeiten, modernen Arbeitsbedingungen und viel Raum für deine fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
