Mit der Klinik Zugersee und den dezentralen Ambulatorien stellen wir die psychiatrische Versorgung in den Kantonen Uri, Schwyz und Zug sicher. Als Weiterbildungsklinik Kategorie A, stationär mit insgesamt 158 Klinikbetten und etwa 1600 Eintritten pro Jahr ist sie universitären und kantonalen Kliniken gleichgestellt. Ernährungsberaterin (w/m/d) im Stundenlohn Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten Nährstoffberechnungen und Erstellen von Ernährungsrichtlinien/\-plänen Erstellen von Menüplänen für verschiedene Diätformen Interdisziplinäre Besprechungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den einzelnen Stationen, Küche und Hotellerie Berichterstattung zuhanden der Fallführung Instruktion von Angehörigen und Pflegepersonal Menübesprechung mit aufwändigen Patientengruppen, sie unterstützt sie beim Lernen neuer Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf gesunde Ernährung Interdisziplinäre Besprechung der Menüpläne Sie bringen dafür mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Ernähungsberatung HF/FH Ausgewiesene mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Eigenverantwortliche, effiziente und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Fach\-, Sozial\- und Selbstkompetenz mit einer hohen Selbstführung Freude und Interesse an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sprachgewandtheit Wir bieten Ihnen Wir sind klein genug, um «familiär» zu sein, für kurze Wege und schnelle Entscheidungen – und so , dass Sie hier alle Settings vorfinden und Sie sich spezialisieren/fachlich weiterentwickeln können Ganz viel Lebensqualität mit mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien, ab 55\.
