Ihre Tätigkeiten ##

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung ganzheitlicher ernährungstherapeutischer Behandlung - von Befundaufnahme bis Behandlungsabschluss - gemäss Kompetenzprofil der UAFP
  • Patientenzentrierte Behandlung nach dem Nutritional Care Process (NCP)
  • Behandlung und Prävention von Malnutrition
  • Erhebung berufsspezifischer Assessments sowie Durchführung zielorientierter und patientenzentrierter Behandlungen und Beratungen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting
  • Dokumentation sämtlicher Interventionen gemäss geltenden Qualitäts- und Codierungsvorgaben
  • Anleitung und Beratung von Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Angehörigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Gastronomie (Hotellerie, Diätküche) und Mitbetreuung des Essbestellsystems
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Therapiekoordinatorinnen und -koordinatoren sowie dem interdisziplinären Team
  • Anleitung von Studierenden und Praktikantinnen/Praktikanten sowie fachspezifische Schulung anderer Berufsgruppen
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Behandlungskonzepte auf Basis aktueller Forschung
  • Mitwirkung in Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ernährungstherapie/Ernährung und Diätetik (FH) oder eidgenössisch anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft und Freude an interprofessioneller und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Interesse an einer vielseitigen Tätigkeit im Bereich der Altersmedizin
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
