Erodierer (w/m/d) 100%

Ihre Aufgaben: ###

  • ### Selbstständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen moderner Erodiermaschinen ###
  • ### Durchführung von Senk- und Drahterodierarbeiten anhand technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsaufträge ###
  • ### Herstellung von hochpräzisen Bauteilen für den Werkzeug- und Formenbau ###
  • ### Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Fertigung ###
  • ### Durchführung von Erststückkontrollen sowie laufenden Qualitätsprüfungen mit modernen Messmitteln ###
  • ### Dokumentation von Messergebnissen und Fertigungsprozessen ###
  • ### Wartung und Pflege des Maschinenparks sowie der Betriebseinrichtungen ###
  • ### Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Arbeitsprozessen ###

Ihr Profil: ###

  • ### Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ Fachrichtung Fertigung oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung ###
  • ### Erfahrung im Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC- oder Erodiermaschinen ###
  • ### Technisches Verständnis und Freude an präziser Fertigungsarbeit ###
  • ### Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln ###
  • ### Gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung ###
  • ### Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise ###
  • ### Teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit ###
  • ### Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ###
