Seit der Gründung begleitet das Unternehmen KMU aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelt mit ihrer ERP\-Lösung IN:ERP massgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Praxis. Im Zuge des langfristigen Ausbaus des ERP\-Teams suchen wir für anica eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als ERP\-Consultant mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und HR, welche fundiertes Fachwissen mit Beratungskompetenz verbindet und Kunden auf ihrem Weg der digitalen Transformation begleitet.

Deine Herausforderung

Du begleitest KMU\-Kunden über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für sämtliche Fragestellungen rund um Finanz\- oder HR\-Prozesse innerhalb der ERP\-Landschaft. Folgende Bereiche verantwortest du:

* Analyse \& Beratung + Analyse und Optimierung von Finanz\- oder HR\-Prozessen bei Kunden + Aufnahme von Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung praxisnaher Lösungskonzepte + Beratung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP\-Lösungen + Langfristige Betreuung bestehender Kunden und ihrer Systeme * ERP\-Implementierung \& Prozessgestaltung + Parametrierung und Konfiguration der ERP\-Lösung + Begleitung von Migrationen sowie Einführung neuer Module + Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung und internen Spezialist:innen + Durchführung von Workshops und Anwenderschulungen * Kundenbetreuung \& Weiterentwicklung + Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen + Mitarbeit an anspruchsvollen ERP\-Projekten im KMU\-Umfeld + Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Technische Aus\- und Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder Hochschule (BSc/MSc) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im ERP\-Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Finanz\-, Lohn\- und/oder HR\-Prozessen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen wie Infoniqa, Abacus oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Freude an der Beratung sowie an der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie Verständnis für Schweizerdeutsch; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
