Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten ###

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems, einschliesslich User Support in den Bereichen Incident, Service Request, Problem und Change
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Einführung von Erweiterungen und Durchführung des Lifecycle Managements
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Systemdokumentationen und User-Anleitungen
  • Betreuung und Koordination externer Support-Partner und Lieferanten
  • Betreuung, Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozessen
  • Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender sowie neuer Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozesse
  • Unterstützung der Bereiche Finance & Controlling

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Studium sowie Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse eines ERP-/PPS-Systems, vorzugsweise PSIPENTA
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Produktions- und Logistikprozesse in einem Maschinen- oder Apparatebauunternehmen
  • Interesse an den eingesetzten Technologien und deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Pflichtbewusste, kontaktfreudige und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit ERP-Multisite-Konfigurationen sowie Kenntnisse in Crystal Reports, VBA und Java
