Ihre Aufgaben

In Ihrer Funktion als ERP Systems Specialist ergänzen Sie das IT\-Team und gestalten die Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Geschäftsprozessen mit einem individuell konfigurierten ERP\-System. Ihr Wirkungsbereich beinhaltet:

  • Administration, Konfiguration und Wartung des ERP\-Systems mit komplexen Schnittstellen sowie Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP\-Prozesse
  • Analyse und Optimierung operativer Abläufe in der Geschäftsstelle
  • Beratung bei technischen Lösungen für Geschäftsanforderungen
  • Implementierung neuer Systeme und Prozesse
  • Unterstützung und Schulungen von Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit den Systemen
  • Mitwirkung beim zukünftigen ERP\-Projekt (Upgrade ERP und Datenmigration)
  • Vorbereitung, Kontrolle und Versand von Rechnungsläufen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich ICT oder ein Informatikstudium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Ein technisches Verständnis für Linux, Bash, PostgreSQL ist zwingend – Python\- und KI\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Erfahrungen im Projekt\- und Change\-Management
  • Verständnis für technische Systeme und betriebliche Abläufe
  • Erfahrungen in Datenanalyse oder Rechnungswesen sind ein Plus
  • Nutzerorientierte, lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, analytisches und vernetztes Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Lernbereitschaft
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
