Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung (spätestens per 1. November 2026) eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Funktion Event-Personalmanagement & Projektassistenz.

Deine Aufgaben In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich verschiedene Fachbereiche und trägst massgeblich zur erfolgreichen Planung und Umsetzung unserer Events und Projekte bei. Dabei erwarten dich unter anderem folgende Aufgaben: • Personalmanagement unserer Hauptevents • Rekrutierung, Einsatzplanung und Koordination des Eventpersonals • Betreuung verschiedener Ticketing-, Membership- und Premiumprogramme • Truck-Anmeldungen & Teilnehmermanagement • Projektassistenz sowie administrative und organisatorische Koordination verschiedener Projekte und Veranstaltungen • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Spezialprojekten und Corporate Events

Das bringst du mit • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse • Begeisterung für Events und Projektarbeit • Bereitschaft für Einsätze am Abend und an Wochenenden
