Als Event Planning Manager begleiten Sie die gesamte Planung von der Anfrage bis zur operativen Übergabe und stellen sicher, dass jedes Event sowohl im Kulm Hotel St. als auch im Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina präzise geplant, effizient koordiniert und makellos umgesetzt wird. Ihre Aufgaben: Operative Detailplanung \& Umsetzung: Nahtlose Übernahme der bestätigten Buchungen vom Sales; Detailabsprache aller Abläufe inklusive Raumkonzepten, F\&B\-Abläufen, Technik und individueller Gästewünsche. Drehscheibe im Haus: Präzise Erstellung und zeitnahe Verteilung der Function Sheets (BEOs) sowie die tägliche, enge Abstimmung mit Bankett, Küche, Service, Haustechnik und Front Office beider Häuser. Präsenz \& Betreuung vor Ort: Ansprechperson für Veranstalter und Kunden während des Events im Haus, Durchführung von Briefings vor Ort und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes. Schnittstelle: Vorbereitung und Leitung der internen Event\-Meetings, damit alle operativen Abteilungen perfekt gebrieft und vorbereitet sind. Führung \& Qualität: Führung und Entwicklung des Event Coordinators / der Event Coordinatorin sowie Mitgestaltung von klaren operativen Standards und Vorlagen. Nachbereitung: Erfassung aller erbrachten Leistungen im PMS/CRM zur Vorbereitung der fehlerfreien Endabrechnung. Das sind Sie Ausbildung \& Erfahrung: idealerweise Bachelor\-Abschluss oder Ausbildung in Hotellerie, Eventmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Hotel\-Events oder Eventplanung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Meetings, Incentives, Hochzeiten und private Feiern im Luxussegment. Organisationstalent: Ausserordentliche Liebe zum Detail, ein sicheres Gespür für Prioritäten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern. Prozess\- \& Systemkenntnisse: Versierter Umgang mit PMS\-, CRM\- und Event\-Management\-Systemen sowie exzellente Microsoft Office 365\-Kenntnisse. Persönlichkeit: Zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert und belastbar; Sie bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen zu anspruchsvollen Gästen sowie zu allen operativen Abteilungen auf. Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres und stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. Eintritt: Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung.
