Es verbindet Business, Kultur, Kunst und Gastronomie unter einem Dach zu einem Gesamterlebnis. Das Event\- und Kongresszentrum bietet Platz für bis zu 4'500 Gäste und ist damit der grösste Veranstaltungsort dieser Art in der Innenstadt. Hier treffen bedeutende Architektur, moderne Infrastruktur und exzellenter Service aufeinander. Die Kongresshaus Zürich AG (Zurich Convention Center Ltd.) betreibt und vermarktet das Kongresshaus Zürich sowie das LUX Restaurant \& Bar und bietet im gesamten Gebäudekomplex inklusive der Tonhalle Zürich gehobene Gastronomie. Das im Jahr 1985 gegründete und ISO\-zertifizierte Unternehmen setzt in der Veranstaltungsindustrie neue Massstäbe im Nachhaltigkeits\- und Qualitätsmanagement. Zur weiteren Verstärkung unseres motivierten Event Support Teams, suchen wir per Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit. Event Supporter \& Eventbau (w/m/d) Job ID: 45020 Ihre neue Aufgabe Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Kontrolle von elektrischen Anlagen und Geräten vor, während und nach Veranstaltungen Lagerlogistik und Pflege des elektrotechnischen Equipments zwischen den Einsätzen Bereitstellung und Transport der Raumausstattung in allen Räumen des Kongresshauses, sowie Be\- und Entladungen von Fahrzeugen Sicherheitsbeauftragte Person für Veranstaltungen (SIBE) ist von Vorteil Durchführen von Möblierungen in den Veranstaltungsräumen nach Plan Kleinreparaturen von Eventmaterial \& Erfahrungen in Eventbau Verantwortlich für die ordentliche und korrekte Lagerhaltung des Materials Was Sie mitbringen Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Event Operation, Logistik oder Bühnenbau im handwerklichen Umfeld Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität (unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten sowie Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze) Gute räumliche Vorstellungskraft und vernetztes Denken sind sehr wichtig Erfahrung in den Bereichen Event Logistik oder Bühnenbau Solide Kenntnisse der Lagerbewirtschaftung und Lagerhaltung Proaktive und initiative Persönlichkeit Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil Was wir Ihnen bieten Unsere Vorzüge als Arbeitgeberin Vielfältige Entwicklungs\- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten 10,5 statt 6 Feiertage pro Jahr Attraktive Vermittlungsprämie Attraktive Fringe Benefits Offene Kommunikation und Kollegialität sind selbstverständlich Arbeiten an einem der schönsten Orte Zürichs Unser "Way of Work" Mit Service\-Exellence aus Überzeugung begeistern wir unsere Kunden Authentische Gastgeberinnen und Gastgeber zu sein ist unsere Passion Innovation in jeder Hinsicht motiviert uns zu Bestleistungen Noch Fragen?
