Das öffentliche Restaurant Buckhuser offeriert 110 Innen- und 100 Terrassenplätze und das Selbstbedienungs-Restaurant Intermezzo hat Platz für 80 Personen.

  • Verarbeitung von event Anfragen, Erstellung von Offerten und Bestätigungen
  • Vorbereitung und Planung des Anlassmeetings
  • Professioneller Gästeempfang (Check-in und Check-out)
  • Verarbeitung und Korrektur der Reservationen via OTA
  • Betreuung der Gäste sowie Organisation individueller Gästewünsche
  • Führen der eigenen Kasse / Kassenabrechnung
  • Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Geschäft
  • Professionelle Reklamationsbehandlung
  • Einsätze im Früh-, Mittel-, Spätdienst sowie am Wochenende
  • Mitverantwortung für die Betreuung der Restaurantgäste
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Haus

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Eventkoordinator:in oder Erfahrung an der Hotelrezeption (zwingend)
  • Du kennst dich in Zürich aus und kannst unsere Gäste optimal beraten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (zwingend) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (Niveau B2) - jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus
  • Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem Reservationssystem Protel von Vorteil
