Das sind deine Aufgaben

Als Eventlogistiker:in bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei. Du packst an, wenn aus einer Location ein Event wird – transportierst Equipment, kümmerst dich um Auf\- und Abbau und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Teil zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.

  • Du bringst unser Event\-Material sicher und zuverlässig an den richtigen Ort
  • Du bist für den Auf\- und Abbau der Event\-Infrastruktur verantwortlich
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Infrastruktur perfekt vorbereitet und einsatzbereit ist
  • Du bist bei Promotions\- und Sponsoring\-Events live dabei und sorgst vor Ort für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Logistik und Infrastruktur
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung neuer Infrastruktur und innovativer Konzepte ein
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Reinigung, Wartung, Pflege und Reparatur unseres Equipments
  • Du koordinierst und disponierst Einsätze mit Überblick

Das bringst du mit

  • Handwerkliche oder technische Grundausbildung und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Eventlogistik
  • Selbständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Macher:in\-Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Veranstaltungsumfeld
  • Idealerweise Führerausweis BE oder höher sowie Arbeitshebebühne 3a\+b Ausweis von Vorteil
  • Gute IT\-Anwendungskenntnisse (Office Programme, Outlook, SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft, sich neues Wissen selbständig zu erarbeiten
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift zwingend, mündliche ösischkenntnisse und Englisch von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige, kommunikative und reisefreudige Persönlichkeit mit Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Abend\- sowie Wochenendeinsätze
