Job Description ##

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership.
  • Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars and priorities.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, committees, and executive events.
  • Organize international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Draft and review professional communications on behalf of executives.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Support project coordination and special assignments.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
