Ihre Mission:

Sie sind eine erfahrene IT\-Fachperson mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und möchten in einem Umfeld arbeiten, in dem Vertrauen, Diskretion und technische Exzellenz entscheidend sind? Als Executive IT Support Specialist betreuen Sie die Eigentümerfamilie der REHAU Group, das Top\-Management unsers Head Quarters sowie die Mitarbeitenden unserer Verwaltungszentrale. Sie sorgen dafür, dass moderne Arbeitsplatzsysteme, mobile Endgeräte und Collaboration\-Lösungen jederzeit zuverlässig funktionieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Persönlicher 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Support für Führungskräfte und Management * Betreuung von Windows\-Clients, Notebooks sowie Apple iPhones und iPadsUnterstützung bei Microsoft 365 und digitalen Collaboration\-Tools * Technische Begleitung von Management\-Meetings und hybriden Veranstaltungen * Bearbeitung und Koordination von Support\-Anfragen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen unternehmensinternen IT\-Teams * Sicherstellung von IT\-Sicherheits\-, Datenschutz\- und Compliance\-Vorgaben Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client Support, Workplace Support oder Executive IT Support * Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365, Windows und Apple iOS/iPadOS * Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude an der persönlichen Betreuung anspruchsvoller Anwendergruppen * Diskrete, vertrauenswürdige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit * Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse Das können Sie von uns erwarten:
