Pour le compte de l'une des sociétés que nous représentons, une fiduciaire bien établie sur le canton de Vaud, nous recherchons un(e) Expert(e)\-comptable disposant d'une solide expérience en audit au sein d'un Big Four, souhaitant prendre une part active dans la gestion des mandats d'audit ainsi que dans le développement de la qualité des prestations.

Ce poste s'adresse à un profil technique, autonome et impliqué, capable de gérer des dossiers de révision de A à Z et de contribuer à la mise en place et au suivi des standards de qualité du cabinet.

Vos responsabilités

  • Vous travaillerez en direct avec l'associé sur un portefeuille de dossiers d'audit en contrôle ordinaire, principalement composé de sociétés de trading, mais aussi de sociétés industrielles.
  • Gestion complète des mandats de révision, de la planification à l'établissement des rapports, en passant par l'exécution des travaux d'audit et la finalisation des dossiers.
  • Participation à l'élaboration et à l'application de la méthodologie d'audit du cabinet.
  • Supervision et accompagnement des collaborateurs intervenant sur les différents mandats.
  • Collaboration étroite avec l'associé dans la gestion des dossiers, l'organisation des travaux et le suivi des mandats.
  • Implication dans la gestion de la qualité du cabinet et dans l'application de la norme ISQM\-CH1.
  • Participation au contrôle qualité des dossiers de révision et au respect des exigences professionnelles applicables.
  • Contribution à l'amélioration continue des processus, de la documentation et de la qualité des travaux d'audit.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d'Expert\-comptable suisse ou formation équivalente reconnue.
  • Environ 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en audit au sein d'un Big Four, idéalement après l'obtention du diplôme.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de mandats d'audit en contrôle ordinaire en Suisse.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des normes d'audit, de la méthodologie et des exigences relatives à la documentation des dossiers.
  • Capacité à gérer des dossiers de manière autonome, de A à Z, tout en assurant un niveau de qualité élevé.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les questions de qualité, de méthodologie et de conformité aux normes professionnelles.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, sens des responsabilités et volonté de s'investir dans une structure en développement.
  • Profil mobile, flexible et à l'aise dans un environnement de travail à taille humaine.
