Expert\-comptable diplômé(e) / Responsable Audit \& Révision – Genève Dans le cadre d’un mandat de recrutement confié à RH\-Pro SA, agence de placement à Genève, nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients, une société active dans le domaine de la fiduciaire et de l’audit, un(e) Expert\-comptable diplômé(e) / Responsable Audit \& Révision disposant d’une solide expérience dans le domaine. Vous rejoindrez une structure à taille humaine et interviendrez de manière autonome auprès d’une clientèle diversifiée, tout en participant au développement et à la qualité des mandats. Vos principales responsabilités Gestion et réalisation de mandats d’audit et de révision, de la planification à la finalisation ;Réalisation de contrôles ordinaires et restreints ; Analyse des états financiers et identification des principaux risques ; Évaluation des processus et des systèmes de contrôle interne ; Application des normes comptables suisses et internationales, notamment IFRS ; Préparation et revue des dossiers d’audit ; Présentation et discussion des résultats avec les clients ; Supervision et accompagnement des collaborateurs plus juniors ; Participation à l’amélioration des processus internes et au développement des mandats. Votre profil Expert\-comptable diplômé(e) suisse ou qualification équivalente reconnue ; Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, audit ou gestion ; Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années dans l’audit externe, idéalement acquise au sein d’une fiduciaire, d'un cabinet d'audit ou d’un Big Four ; Excellentes connaissances en comptabilité, audit, contrôle interne et analyse financière ; Bonnes connaissances des normes IFRS ; Très bonne maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais ; Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités ; Bon relationnel et capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec les clients ; Esprit d’analyse, capacité d’organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément.
