L-OdA Santé Zurich et l-OdA Professions sociales Zurich, en tant qu-associations cantonales de formation professionnelle, sont responsables du développement de la formation professionnelle initiale et du niveau tertiaire B dans leurs secteurs respectifs, ainsi que de la promotion des jeunes talents. En plus des cours interentreprises (ÜK) dans la formation initiale, nous proposons des formations continues en pédagogie professionnelle et des échanges spécialisés, et nous conseillons en matière d-éducation. En collaboration avec les autorités et la commission d-examen 76 du canton de Zurich, nous assumons des tâches dans la procédure de qualification (QV) de la formation initiale Assistant·e Santé et Social EBA.

Nous recherchons pour le 1er août 20271 un·e

Expert·e principal·e Assistant·e Santé et Social (CPEX AGS)

Vos tâches :

  • Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre de la procédure de qualification AGS, élaborez ou mettez à jour les documents opérationnels QV et êtes chargé·e de l-assurance qualité.
  • Vous organisez des formations et des séances d-information QV pour les candidat·e·s à l-examen, les formateurs·trices en entreprise et les expert·e·s d-examen AGS.
  • Vous êtes l-interlocuteur·trice pour les questions QV des candidat·e·s à l-examen, des entreprises formatrices, des expert·e·s d-examen AGS et d-autres instances.
  • Vous validez les résultats d-examen et traitez les recours conformément aux directives cantonales.
  • Vous assumez des fonctions d-interface (avec d-autres CPEX, l-Office de la formation professionnelle et du secondaire, la commission d-examen 76 et les deux OdA) au niveau national ou cantonal.
  • Vous prenez en charge des tâches de remplacement selon les besoins pour les CPEX FaGe en cas d-absence.

Vous apportez :

  • Un diplôme professionnel fédéral dans le domaine de la santé ou du social, de préférence au niveau tertiaire (formation professionnelle supérieure ou université).
  • Une formation en tant qu-expert·e d-examen et formateur·trice professionnel·le ou la volonté de suivre le cours de formateur·trice professionnel·le durant la phase d-intégration.
  • Une expérience professionnelle d-au moins 5 ans, dont au moins deux ans en tant qu-expert·e d-examen.
  • Excellentes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit, grandes compétences en communication ainsi qu-un sens aigu des responsabilités pour le respect du secret professionnel.
  • Votre fiabilité, votre pensée analytique orientée solutions ainsi que vos compétences organisationnelles et de leadership vous permettent d-apprécier la collaboration avec différents groupes d-intérêt.
  • Vous pouvez vous identifier à un modèle de temps de travail annuel (charge de travail plus importante au premier semestre).
