Unser Kunde, ein Unternehmen aus der Dienstleistungsbranche in Chur, sucht ab sofort für sechs Monate eine Fachperson Finanzen, der/die für das operative Tagesgeschäft in der Finanzbuchhaltung verantwortlich ist. Sie arbeiten eng mit angrenzenden Abteilungen zusammen und stellen durch Ihre fundierte Expertise und Ihr unternehmerisches Denken die finanzielle Stabilität und das nachhaltige Wachstum des Unternehmens sicher. Das Pensum beträgt 80-100%.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Prozesse und das Tagesgeschäft in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS erstellen Sie selbständig und übernehmen das Excel-basierte Reporting
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten (u. a. Digitalisierungsprojekte, SAP S/4HANA)
  • In enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Abteilungen klären Sie finanztechnische Fragen wie Abrechnungen, Auszahlungen oder Steuerbestätigungen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position bringen Sie bereits mit
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP können Sie bereits vorweisen
  • Ihr ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Ihre Prozessorientierung und Projekterfahrung bringen Sie gewinnbringend ein
