Finanzverwaltung Experte/in Konzern\\-Controlling 80 \\- 100% Die Finanzverwaltung ordnet die Finanzen des Kantons Zürich und ermöglicht den Gesamtüberblick. Sie erstellt im Auftrag des Regierungsrates das Budget mit Finanzplan und die Rechnung des Kantons. Sie bereitet finanzielle Entscheide des Regierungsrates vor, sorgt für ein leistungsfähiges Rechnungswesen und erbringt entsprechende Dienstleistungen für die gesamte Verwaltung. Die per 1\\. Januar 2027 neu zusammengesetzte Abteilung Steuerung Finanzhaushalt erarbeitet das Budget, die Finanzplanung des Kantons und erstellt die finanzielle Berichterstattung. Sie leitet direktionsübergreifende Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse und Systeme und führt die Fachstelle LEA (Leistungserfassung mit Aufwandsausweis) des Kantons. Für die Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Controllingprozesse und \\-systeme, sowie für dessen praktische Umsetzung, suchen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n erfahrene/n, teamfähige/n, dienstleistungsorientierte/n und motivierte/n wissenschaftliche/n Mitarbeiter/in 80%\\-100%. Ihre Aufgaben \* Übernahme der Prozessverantwortung der kantonalen Controllingprozesse zur Weiterentwicklung, vor allem Harmonisierung und Automatisierung, von Finanzplanungsprozessen \* Beratung anderer Verwaltungseinheiten in der Konzeptionierung von Controllingprozessen, Übernahme der Projektleitung resp. Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams \* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem fachlichen und technischen Applikationsverantwortlichen SAP CO in Projekten im Controllingbereich \* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Finanzplans des Kantons (Konsolidierter Entwicklungs\\- und Finanzplan) einschliesslich Betreuen der SAP\\-Applikationen \* Erstellen diverser Kapitel des Geschäftsberichts ( \<\<Finanzen im Überblick\>\>) \* Beantwortung spezieller Fragestellungen zum Staatshaushalt anhand von Auswertungen insbesondere aus SAP oder Businesswarehouse (BW) \* Aufbereitung von Informationen zuhanden des Finanzdirektors \* Erarbeitung von Anträgen an den Regierungsrat betreffend die Finanzplanung des Kantons Ihr Profil \* Universitäts\\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss auf Stufe Master (Betriebswirtschaft oder Volkswirtschaft) sowie mehrjährige nachgewiesene relevante Berufserfahrung im Konzerncontrolling \* Fundiertes Know\\-How im SAP\\- und Businesswarehouse\\-Umfeld, SAC von Vorteil \* Exzellente analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, eine exakte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte redaktionelle Fähigkeiten, mit welchen Sie komplizierte Sachverhalte in einfacher verständlicher Sprache darstellen können \* Lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Verwaltungseinheiten \* Offen für Veränderungen und neue inhaltliche Herausforderungen \* Kenntnisse der Projektmethode HERMES sind von Vorteil Wir bieten Sie möchten gestalten, verändern und bewegen?
