Experte ou expert en estimation immobilière \- adjointe ou adjoint au délégué à la Commission immobilière (70% à 80%)

Toutes parcelles confondues, la Ville de Lausanne est propriétaire de 2'400 ha environ sur son territoire. Cet important parc immobilier et foncier est le résultat d'une politique constante et durable d'acquisition de biens immobiliers et d'une politique en général conservatrice en ce qui concerne la vente de biens\-fonds. La Commission immobilière assure la gestion de toutes les transactions immobilières pour la Ville. Cette unité joue également un rôle central dans la valorisation du patrimoine immobilier ainsi que dans l'analyse des objets soumis à la loi cantonale sur la préservation et la promotion du parc locatif.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Mettre en oeuvre la politique immobilière de la Ville de Lausanne

Préparer les dossiers pour la Commission immobilière

Analyser des biens immobiliers et les évaluer

Traiter toutes les opérations immobilières dans lesquelles la Ville est impliquée (achats, ventes, LPPPL, DDP, servitudes, etc.)

Organiser les aspects administratifs liés aux transactions immobilières

Rédiger des rapports d'expertise, procès\-verbaux ainsi que des propositions de décision

Faire une veille stratégique sur le marché immobilier

Profil

Master universitaire (droit, architecte, HEC), brevet ou diplôme fédéral en économie immobilière ou formation jugée équivalente

5 années d'expérience professionnelle liée à la branche immobilière

Connaissances du marché immobilier local et des différentes méthodes d'évaluation

Capacité à négocier, résistance aux tensions, assertivité

Rigueur, capacité d'analyse et facilité de rédaction

Sensibilité aux critères de développement durable et à la politique sociale du logement

Sens de l'éthique et compréhension des enjeux relatifs au service public

Maîtrise des outils MS Office
