Als Dipl. Expertin Intensivpflege NDS HF oder Dipl. Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF betreuen Sie im Raum Sursee Patientinnen und Patienten, deren Versorgung weit über die klassische Intensivpflege hinausgeht. In einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % verbinden Sie anspruchsvolle Akutmedizin mit Beatmungsmedizin, Weaning und der Betreuung von Menschen mit komplexen neurologischen und respiratorischen Erkrankungen. Die unbefristete Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zu besetzen und bietet Ihnen ein fachliches Umfeld, in dem intensivmedizinische Kompetenz und langfristige Behandlungsperspektiven eng miteinander verbunden sind.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Wirbelsäulenverletzungen in anspruchsvollen Akutphasen
  • Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit schwersten Atemlähmungen im Bereich Weaning und Beatmungsmedizin
  • Betreuung von postoperativen Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Intensivstation
  • Anwendung moderner intensivmedizinischer Verfahren wie Hämofiltration, hämodynamisches Monitoring sowie invasive und nicht-invasive Beatmungsformen
  • Begleitung von querschnittgelähmten Menschen und deren Angehörigen während herausfordernder Lebenssituationen
  • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten sowie den verschiedenen Therapiediensten
  • Mitarbeit im internen Reanimations-Team

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expertin / Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF
  • Interesse an der Kombination von Akutpflege, Intensivmedizin und Rehabilitation
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in einer Fremdsprache wie Französisch, Italienisch oder Englisch
  • Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Themengebiete aktiv mitzugestalten
