Im Aufwachraum eines Akutspitals in Bern überwachen Sie Patientinnen und Patienten in der kritischen Phase direkt nach der Operation, erkennen Komplikationen früh und steuern die postoperative Schmerztherapie mit. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Sie als Dipl. Expertin Intensivpflege NDS HF oder Dipl. Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. Sie betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten nach komplexen Eingriffen, überwachen Vitalparameter und arbeiten eng mit Anästhesie und Chirurgie zusammen.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Aufwachraum nach operativen Eingriffen aus verschiedenen Fachgebieten
  • Überwachung nach Regional- und Allgemeinanästhesien sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen von Komplikationen
  • Sicherstellung der präoperativen Vorbereitung bei Patientinnen und Patienten mit Morgeneintritt
  • Dokumentation und Leistungserfassung im Klinik-Informationssystem
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Qualitätssicherungsmassnahmen
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Anästhesie, Chirurgie und weiteren Fachbereichen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Expertin oder Experte Intensivpflege NDS HF
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutspital, idealerweise im Aufwachraum, auf der Intensivstation oder im Bereich Anästhesie
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Patientensituationen
