**Das erwartet dich**

* Fachgerechte Beratung, Betreuung und Versorgung von Patient:innen mit Darmstoma und Urostoma * Professionelle Versorgung und Begleitung bei Abdominalwunden und komplexen Fistelsituationen * Selbstständige Durchführung von Wund- und Stomakontrollen * Individuelle Beratung und Anleitung von Patient:innen und Angehörigen * Tätigkeit im ambulanten und stationären Bereich * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachdisziplinen * Dokumentation und Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität

**Das bringst du mit**

* Expert:in Pflege in Stomatherapie oder WEX * Dipl. Pflegefachfrau:mann HF/FH mit der Bereitschaft die Ausbildung in Stomatherapie zu absolvieren * Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise im Bereich Stoma-und Wundpflege * Interesse an der spezialisierten Stoma- und Wundversorgung * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung * Freude an Beratung, Schulung und interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit * Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
