Dabei bieten wir unseren Channel\- Partnern umfassende Services an, die weit über die üblichen Distributionsleistungen hinausgehen.

Unser kontinuierliches Wachstum bedingt ausserordentliche Mitarbeitende. Für unser Admin\-Team in Wettingen suchen wir eine/n Export Manger/in, welche/r die fachliche und personelle Führung übernimmt sowie eng mit dem Team zusammenarbeitet, um die gemeinsamen Ziele erfolgreich zu erreichen.

Export Manager (60\-80%) ========================

Du bist mit der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung sowie dem Export technischer Güter bestens vertraut. Zudem bist du eine zuvorkommende, gewinnende Persönlichkeit und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf. Wenn du auch noch der Inbegriff für Zuverlässigkeit sowie für eine präzise, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein Teamplayer bist , dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Zu den primären Aufgaben dieser Funktion gehören:

  • Operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Exportabteilung
  • Selbständige Abwicklung von weltweiten Exportaufträgen für Produkte, welche der Dual Use Güter Klassifizierung unterliegen
  • Ausführung von Exporten inklusive allen notwendigen Vorbereitungen und Beschaffung der jeweils ötigten Dokumente sowie Beglaubigungen
  • Beratung unserer Kunden in Bezug auf Möglichkeiten und Kosten für Exporte in die jeweils gewünschten Länder
  • Optimierung des Warenverkehrs innerhalb der DACH Organisation in Bezug auf Kosten und Mehrwertsteuerthematik
  • Erstellen von detaillierten Exportofferten
  • Kommunikation mit dem SECO, den Transportunternehmen und den jeweiligen Importeuren
  • Prüfung der Sanktionslisten und der Produkte im Rahmen der Güterlisten
  • Dokumentation der Prozesse für Exportaufträge inkl. Export\- und Importbestimmungen verschiedener Länder zu Nachschlagzwecken
  • Unterstützung bei Importfragen und Importabwicklung
  • Mitarbeit im Backoffie

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung als Aussenhandelsfachfrau\-/mann mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung (\>5 Jahre)
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Dynamisches, vernetztes und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Französisch\- und weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Bereitschaft für erhöhtes Arbeitspensum während Ferienvertretung
