Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung eines definierten internationalen Kundenstamms im Rahmen der Exportabwicklung
  • Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von der Annahme bis zur Fakturierung inklusive Erstellung sämtlicher Export- und Versanddokumente
  • Überwachung und Koordination der Lieferprozesse zur Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten Auslieferung
  • Erstellung von diversen Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen für den Bereich Aussenhandel
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung bei Audits und behördlichen Projekten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung im Export (Aussenhandelsfachfrau/mann)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Export- und Auftragsabwicklung zwingend
  • Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und ERP-System
  • Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für den Aussenhandel und Zollthemen
