Für ein 4\* Hotel in Zürich mit ca. 100 Zimmer und vielseitigen F&B Angebot, welches 60% vom Gesamtumsatz ausmacht, und tollen Veranstaltungsmöglichkeiten, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Kaders eine aufgestellte, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für das F&B.

Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den F&B Bereich 
  • Mitgestaltung der Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung
  • Optimierung der Abläufe, Prozesse und Strukturen
  • Führung von rund 40 Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit und Unterstützung im Operativen
  • Preis- und Angebotsgestaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef
  • Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Budgetverantwortung im F&B Bereich
  • KPI Steuerung und Definition von Massnahmen und Sicherstellung deren Umsetzung
  • Administrative und Organisatorische Tätigekeiten

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Abgeschlossene Hotelfachschule
  • Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
  • Breites Fachwissen im F&B Bereich
  • Verhandlungs- und kommunikationsstark
  • Hoher Dienstleistungsgedanke, gässteorientiert
  • Führugsstark, Teamplayer
  • Aufgestellte, motivierende und mitreissende Wesensart
  • Administrative Kenntnisse
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
