In wunderschöner, naturnaher Umgebung in der Region Bern suchen wir für eine etablierte Institution der Langzeitpflege eine Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ als stellvertretende Wohngruppenleitung Demenz (80-100%). Sie arbeiten in einem spezialisierten Wohnbereich für Menschen mit Demenz und profitieren von einer guten Leitung sowie der Möglichkeit, sich fachlich und organisatorisch aktiv einzubringen.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Unterstützen Sie die Wohngruppenleitung bei der Führung und Förderung des Teams und bringen Sie sich in die Weiterentwicklung des Wohnbereichs ein
  • Stellen Sie gemeinsam mit dem Team eine individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden sicher und wirken Sie bei der Umsetzung fachlicher Richtlinien und Qualitätsvorgaben mit
  • Übernehmen Sie die Tagesverantwortung, arbeiten Sie weiterhin aktiv in der Pflege mit und begleiten Sie unter anderem Arztvisiten

  • Sie bringen die Ausbildung zur Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ mit oder eine gleichwertige SRK-Anerkennung
  • Sie verfügen über fundiertes Pflegefachwissen und bringen die notwendigen Kenntnisse für die Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz sowie für eine stellvertretende Führungsfunktion mit
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher, übernehmen gerne Verantwortung und verbinden eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
