Für eine Rehabilitationsklinik im Berner Oberland suchen wir eine stellvertretende Leitung Pflege (60-100 %). Gemeinsam mit einer zweiten stellvertretenden Leitung unterstützt und vertrittst du die Pflegedienstleitung. Die Verantwortungsbereiche sind klar aufgeteilt

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Unterstütze und vertrete die Pflegedienstleitung gemeinsam mit der zweiten Co-Stv. Leitung 
  • Verantworte die Stationsorganisation mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich 
  • Fördere die Pflegequalität und die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen 
  • Arbeite weiterhin in der Pflege mit und beteilige dich an Projekten sowie Entwicklungsprozessen 

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF sowie Erfahrung in der Akut- und Langzeitpflege 
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil sowie eine hohe Fach-, Sozial- und Führungskompetenz 
  • Wertschätzender, teamorientierter Führungsstil sowie eine zuverlässige und belastbare Arbeitsweise 
  • Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute ICT-Kenntnisse
