Anforderungsprofil ##

Es macht Ihnen Freude, Ihre Führungsstärke, Ihr Organisationstalent und Ihre Kommunikationsfähigkeit täglich unter Beweis zu stellen, sowie lösungsorientiert anzugehen. Sie haben die Berufsausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF abgeschlossen und verfügen über ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung. Sie haben Interesse an einer Organisation mitzuarbeiten, die sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, insbesondere im Bereich der Digitalisierung.

Aufgaben ##

Sie übernehmen die personelle, fachliche und administrativ/organisatorische Verantwortung für ein Team von rund 50 Mitarbeitenden. Zusammen mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie die bedarfsgerechte, wirtschaftliche und wirksame Pflege und Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden sicher. Sie gewährleisten die Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten externen Personen und Stellen wie beispielsweise Angehörigen, Hausärzten oder Krankenversicherungen. Es erwartet Sie eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe in einem modernen Betrieb. Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
