Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 80% - 90% Stellenantritt per sofort Stellenbeschrieb Die Kinderkrippe Nidelbad in Rüschlikon ist ein Ort zum Spielen, Entdecken, Lachen, Lernen - und manchmal auch zum Lautsein. Seit über 25 Jahren begleiten wir Kinder mit viel Herz und Erfahrung. Unsere Krippe liegt mitten im Grünen und bietet drei Gruppen mit je 12 Plätzen, helle Räume und viel Platz für kleine und grosse Abenteuer. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Dich als:   Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ  |  80-90 %   Die Kinder wünschen sich von Dir: Wir möchten viel nach draussen und mit Dir die Natur und den Wald entdecken. Wir möchten mit Dir spielen, lachen, tanzen und singen. Wir möchten auch mal laut sein dürfen - und dann wieder Deinen Geschichten zuhören. Wir sind neugierig und möchten jeden Tag etwas Neues mit Dir erleben. Und wir sind nicht immer brav - aber wir versuchen es. Versprochen! ? Was Du mitbringst: Abschluss als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung Erfahrung mit Eingewöhnungen und Freude an liebevoller, professioneller Begleitung sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus die Fähigkeit, auch bei Turbulenzen den Überblick zu behalten eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Offenheit, Lernbereitschaft und Selbstreflexion Was Dich bei uns erwartet: Ein eingespieltes Team mit langjährigen Mitarbeitenden, richtig gutem Teamspirit und einem grosszügigen Personalschlüssel.
