September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Stellenbeschrieb Die Kindertagesstätte Müüsliburg erbringt in Stäfa ein bekanntes und gut etabliertes Betreuungsangebot für Kinder ab drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt. Verteilt auf drei Altersgemischten Gruppen und einer Säuglings- und Kleinkindgruppe stehen in einer sehr attraktiven und grosszügigen Infrastruktur 48 Plätze zur Verfügung. Für die Kinder sind ca. 20-25 Mitarbeitende verantwortlich.  Trägerschaft ist der im Jahr 2002 gegründete und nicht gewinnorientierte «Trägerverein Kindertagesstätte Müüsliburg, Stäfa». Wir suchen per 01. September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n FaBe Pädagogik/ Organisation (m/w/d) auf der Säuglings- und Kleinkindgruppe zu 80-100% Wir wünschen uns eine offene, teamfähige und kompetente Persönlichkeit, die eine abgeschlossene, anerkannte Berufsausbildung in der Kinderbetreuung hat. Sie haben die Gelegenheit in unserem lebendigen Betrieb im Betreuungsalltag, bei Projekten und Weiterentwicklungen aktiv mitzuwirken. Sie bilden Lernende im Betrieb aus und unterstützen sie im Alltag. Ihre Aufgaben sind: Sie sorgen für ein angenehmes Entwicklungsklima für die Kinder und schaffen fördernde Lernfelder für die Lernenden. Zusammen mit einer FaBe sind sie für einen geregelten Tagesablauf für Mitarbeitende und Kinder auf ihrer Gruppe verantwortlich und organisieren und koordinieren alle Aufgaben, die auf der Gruppe anfallen. Sie bilden die Lernenden anhand von unserem Ausbildungskonzept aus.
