Beratungsgespräche, Vorsorgeprogramme, Impfmanagement und Gesundheitscoaching

Betreuung chronischer Erkrankungen im Rahmen von Disease Management Programmen

Überweisung an Fachstellen, Koordination mit Spitälern und Therapiezentren

Durchführung kleinerer Eingriffe (z. B. Wundversorgung, Infiltrationen)

Einsatz von Telemedizin (optional) und digitale Dokumentation

Ihr Profil – Verlässlich, engagiert, empathisch

Facharzttitel Allgemeinmedizin FMH oder MEBEKO-Anerkennung

Eintrag im Medizinalberuferegister (Kanton Thurgau)

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsfreude und Kommunikationsstärke

Erfahrung in der Praxis von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Deutsch auf C1-Niveau oder höher
