Ihre Aufgaben – Vielseitig, strukturiert, patientenzentriert

Eigenständige Durchführung allgemeinmedizinischer Sprechstunden mit breitem Spektrum

Betreuung akuter Krankheitsbilder sowie Langzeitbetreuung chronisch kranker Patienten

Durchführung von Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, Impfmanagement und Gesundheitschecks

Interpretation von Laborbefunden, EKG, Lungenfunktionsprüfung, Langzeitmessungen

Betreuung geriatrischer Patientinnen und Patienten im Rahmen der Hausarztmedizin

Einbindung in digitale Behandlungsprozesse und Nutzung telemedizinischer Elemente (je nach Interesse)

Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegediensten, Fachärzten, Spitälern und Therapieeinrichtungen

Ihr Profil – Zuverlässig, verantwortungsvoll, modern denkend

Facharzttitel Allgemeinmedizin FMH oder gleichwertige MEBEKO-Anerkennung

Eintrag im MedReg des Kantons Grabs

Erfahrung in ambulanter hausärztlicher Versorgung wünschenswert

Interesse an digitaler Medizin, strukturierter Patientenführung und Teamarbeit

Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
