Ihre Aufgaben – Medizinische Exzellenz trifft auf Strategie

Führung einer eigenen gynäkologischen Sprechstunde mit vollem Spektrum der ambulanten Betreuung

Schwangerschaftsbetreuung inkl. Risikoabschätzung, Beratung, Impfstatus, Ernährung und CTG

Spezialisierung je nach Interesse möglich (z. B. Prävention, Kinderwunsch, Menopausenberatung)

Betreuung von Patientinnen mit komplexeren Verläufen oder chronischen Erkrankungen

Übernahme medizinischer Verantwortung bei Praxisentscheidungen

Enge Abstimmung mit Zuweisern, Laboren, Hebammen und Spitälern

Qualitätsentwicklung und interne Fortbildungskoordination

Integration und Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen oder MPAs

Ihr Profil – Führungsstark, erfahren, lösungsorientiert

FMH Facharzttitel oder gleichwertige MEBEKO-Anerkennung

MedReg-Eintrag im Kanton Ebnat-Kappel

Erfahrung in einer ambulanten Praxis wünschenswert

Interesse an medizinischer Mitgestaltung oder Teamführung

Freude an Struktur, Organisation und kollegialer Zusammenarbeit

Ausgeprägte Patientenorientierung und kommunikative Stärke
