Als Fachärztin oder Facharzt für Allgemeine Innere Medizin möchten Sie Ihre Patientinnen und Patienten umfassend betreuen, ohne dass administrative Aufgaben Ihren Arbeitsalltag dominieren. Für eine etablierte Gruppenpraxis in der Region Aarau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit in einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 %. Sie arbeiten in einem modernen Praxisumfeld mit klaren Strukturen, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem starken Team, das Sie im Alltag wirkungsvoll unterstützt.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe • Eigenständige hausärztliche Tätigkeit mit Diagnostik, Therapie und Prävention im Bereich der Allgemeinen Inneren Medizin • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung von Patientinnen und Patienten im ambulanten Setting • Arbeiten mit moderner Infrastruktur und digitalen Tools zur Unterstützung im Praxisalltag • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem interprofessionellen Team sowie verschiedenen Fachbereichen • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der medizinischen Qualität und Prozesse

Das bringen Sie mit • Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung Innere Medizin • Erfahrung in der hausärztlichen Versorgung von Vorteil • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
