The posting

Ambulante Erwachsenenpsychiatrie mit dem gesamten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Spektrum, nah am Menschen und ohne Nachtdienste. In Uster, Kanton Zürich, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Oberärztin oder einen Oberarzt für Erwachsenenpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie im Pensum von 40–100 % für eine ambulante Praxis mit angegliederter Tagesklinik. Sie erwartet ein breit aufgestelltes ambulantes Angebot als Teil der grössten Schweizer Privatklinikgruppe für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie übernehmen die psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutische Abklärung und Behandlung erwachsener Patient*innen im ambulanten Setting
  • Sie tragen eigenständig oberärztliche Fallverantwortung von der Diagnostik über die Therapieplanung bis zur Durchführung
  • Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär mit der angegliederten Tagesklinik und dem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen
  • Sie bringen sich in die fachliche und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des ambulanten Angebots ein
  • Sie übernehmen die Supervision und fachliche Begleitung von Assistenzärzt*innen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie; abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung mit Anerkennung für die Schweiz bei ausländischen Diplomen
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutischen Behandlung erwachsener Patient*innen
  • Freude an eigenständiger Fallführung und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
