Im «Haus für Kinder» (HfK) in Ittigen finden Kinder einen Platz, die durch schwere chronische Krankheiten oder Beeinträchtigungen intensiver Betreuung bedürfen. Das seit über zwanzig Jahren bestehende professionelle Betreuungsangebot ist in einem umgebauten Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung untergebracht. Es bietet seine Dienstleistungen an 365 Tagen während 24 Stunden an. Je nach Bedarf ihrer Familien halten sich die Kinder stunden\- oder tageweise, manche auch Tag und Nacht im HfK auf. Dieses wichtige Entlastungsangebot unterstützt die Familien im Tragen ihrer herausfordernden Aufgabe. In der gemeinsamen Bewältigung des Alltags können Lernfelder verschiedenster Bereiche thematisiert und begleitet werden. Das transdisziplinäre Team besteht aus Fachpersonen aus den Bereichen Pädagogik wie auch Pflege. Ab November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine Fachangestellte Gesundheit / Pflegefachperson als Nachtwache Zudem werden Student\*innen im Fachbereich Medizin / Pflege auch näher geprüft Fachangestellte Gesundheit als Nachtwache (30\-80%) Ihre Aufgaben Pflegerische und pädagogische Aufgaben mit den Kindern aus einer breiten Zielgruppe: schwere mehrfache Beeinträchtigungen, kognitive Beeinträchtigungen, Verhaltensauffälligkeiten, chronische Erkrankungen oder Verdachtsdiagnosen Fachgerechte Dokumentation Einschätzen von Krisensituationen und adäquates Umsetzen der entsprechenden Lösungen Erledigen von administrativen und hauswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben Trans\- und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team Arbeitszeiten von 22\.00 Uhr bis 07\.00 Uhr Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachangestellte Gesundheit oder dipl.
