Facharzt Innere Medizin (w/m/d)

Unsere Kundin ist ein modernes Spital in der Region Bern, das an zwei Standorten für eine umfassende und hochwertige medizinische Versorgung der Bevölkerung sorgt. Dabei verbindet sie moderne stationäre Medizin mit einer starken hausärztlichen Versorgung und schafft durch kurze Wege, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und eine persönliche Betreuung ein besonders vielseitiges Arbeitsumfeld.

Spital und Praxis verbinden, eigene Ideen einbringen und die medizinische Versorgung aktiv mitgestalten.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

- Mitverantwortung für die stationäre internistische und hausärztliche Versorgung

- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des hausärztlichen Angebots

- Pflege des Austauschs mit Hausärzten der Region sowie bei Bedarf Betreuung von Patienten in Pflegeinstitutionen

- Begleitung und Förderung von Assistenzärzten in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung

Ihr Profil:

- Facharzttitel Innere Medizin

- Freude an der Verbindung von Hausarztmedizin und stationärer Tätigkeit

- Teamorientierte, empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ein medizinisches Angebot aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
