The posting

Psychotherapie auf hohem fachlichen Niveau und die Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams prägen Ihren Arbeitsalltag in dieser Position. Als Kaderärztin oder Kaderarzt Psychotherapie übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsrolle im Zentrum für Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik mit Schwerpunkt Schematherapie. In einem Pensum von 40 bis 80 % gestalten Sie therapeutische Prozesse aktiv mit, führen Mitarbeitende und entwickeln die Station fachlich und strukturell weiter. Diese Position ist ab Herbst 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Ärztliche Leitung der Psychotherapiestation im Tandem mit der Stationsleitung
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Therapiekonzepte mit Schwerpunkt Schematherapie
  • Verantwortung für die Qualität der Behandlung sowie für organisatorische Abläufe
  • Mitgestaltung der konzeptuellen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung der Station
  • Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit depressiven Erkrankungen, Angststörungen, Abhängigkeitserkrankungen und Persönlichkeitsstörungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie
  • Freude an Psychotherapie sowie an der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
