Für den Fachbereich Immobilienökonomie suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung ein engagiertes Teammitglied.

Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen die Immobilienbewertungsexpert\*innen bei der Erarbeitung von Immobilienbewertungs\-Gutachten.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Vor\- und Nachbereitung der Geschäfte der Schätzungskommission.
  • Sie erarbeiten Auswertungen von Landwerten, Mieten und Kaufpreisen.
  • Sie führen die Geschäftskontrolle inkl. Leistungsverrechnung durch.
  • Sie arbeiten die Bewertung von Konzessionsgebühren aus.
  • Sie betreuen die Ablage, das Archiv und pflegen Statistikdaten.
  • Sie beraten Kund\*innen bzgl. Verfahrensabläufen im Zusammenhang mit Aufträgen an die städtische Schätzungskommission.

Profil

  • Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich oder Notariatswesen, oder Ausbildung im Bau\- und Planungssektor
  • Weiterbildung im Immobilien\- oder Finanzwesen von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder Bauwesen
  • Zahlenflair und Interesse am Thema Immobilien
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft 365\)
  • Sorgfältige, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikativ und teamfähig
