Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Verkaufsgebiet
  • Aktive Neukundenakquisition bei Malerbetrieben, Gipsern, Fachhändlern, Generalunternehmern, Architekten und Planern
  • Beratung zu Farben, Lacken, Beschichtungssystemen und anwendungstechnischen Lösungen
  • Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Inhaber, Projektleitenden, Einkäufer und technischen Ansprechpartner
  • Erkennen von Verkaufschancen bei Bau-, Renovations- und Sanierungsprojekten
  • Umsetzung regionaler Verkaufsaktivitäten, Kundenbesuche und Massnahmen zur Marktbearbeitung
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst und Fachstellen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenterminen, Fachanlässen und Branchenveranstaltungen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maler EFZ, Gipser, Lackierer oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bau- oder Beschichtungsumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aussendienst, technischen Verkauf oder B2B-Vertrieb
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Farben, Lacken, Beschichtungen, Bautenschutz oder verwandten Produkten
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Malerbetrieben, Gipsern, Fachhändlern, Generalunternehmern, Architekten oder Planern von Vorteil
  • Freude an Neukundengewinnung, Kundenentwicklung und langfristigem Beziehungsaufbau
  • Unternehmerische, vertriebsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, Kund praxisnah und lösungsorientiert zu beraten
  • Kommunikationsstarke, verbindliche und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
