Seit Jahrzehnten stehen wir für Qualität, persönliche Beratung und zuverlässigen Service. Als regional verankerter Sanitär\-Grossist sind wir spezialisiert auf Badezimmereinrichtungen, Haushaltsapparate und Ersatzteile. Gemeinsam mit unserem erfahrenen Team betreuen wir Privatkundinnen und \-kunden sowie Sanitärinstallateure aus Bern und Umgebung persönlich, kompetent und unkompliziert. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fachberater/in Bad/Sanitär (m/w/d), 60 – 100 % Deine Aufgaben \- Persönliche und kompetente Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in der Ausstellung \- Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Offerten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Kostenzusammenstellungen \- Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen \- Kommunikation und Koordination mit unseren Lieferanten \- Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden von der Anfrage bis zum Auftragsabschluss \- Punktuelle Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im Aussendienst \- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Verkaufsinnendienst Dein Profil \- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur/in EFZ, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Servicebereich, oder als Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Sanitär EFZ mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung \- Gute Computerkenntnisse und Freude an administrativen Aufgaben \- Offene, aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit \- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise \- Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt und an der Beratung \- Interesse und Bereitschaft, dich in ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet einzuarbeiten und dein Fachwissen laufend zu erweitern Das bieten wir dir \- Ein familiäres und unkompliziertes Arbeitsumfeld in einem kleinen, eingespielten Team \- Abwechslungsreiche und vielseitige Aufgaben mit viel Eigenverantwortung \- Kurze Entscheidungswege und die Möglichkeit, dich aktiv einzubringen \- Unterstützung bei fachlichen Weiterbildungen \- Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt beim Arbeitsplatz Interesse geweckt?
