bist du die technische Fachperson für unsere Eigenmarke «albert» im Bereich Gebäudehülle. Mit deiner Expertise unterstützt du Kunden, Planer sowie Fach\- und Handelspartner und trägst dazu bei, unsere Lösungen erfolgreich am Markt zu etablieren. Gleichzeitig verbindest du technische Beratung mit aktiver Verkaufsunterstützung und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg.

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden, Planern sowie Fach\- und Handelspartnern
  • Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen sowie Begleitung unseres Aussendienstes (Reisetätigkeit ca. 60 %)
  • Unterstützung des Innen\- und Aussendienstes bei technischen Fragestellungen und Projekten im Bereich Gebäudehülle
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Verkaufsleitung und Aussendienst
  • Aktive Verkaufsunterstützung und Mitverantwortung für die Umsatz\- und Deckungsbeitragsziele im Bereich Gebäudehülle
  • Planung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von technischen Schulungen, Workshops und Fachveranstaltungen für Kunden, Partner und Mitarbeitende
  • Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Eigenmarke «albert» als kompetente/r Lösungspartner/\-in für die Gebäudehülle
  • Teilnahme an Fachveranstaltungen, Branchentreffen und Netzwerkanlässen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Anwendungslösungen sowie bei technischen Dokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen und Produktinformationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktemanagement und dem Marketing

Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als / Zimmerin EFZ, Dachdecker/\-in EFZ oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Grundausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudehülle
  • Kaufmännische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung im Innen\- oder Aussendienst sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Kenntnisse in Bauphysik, Normen und technischen Anforderungen im Holzbau
  • Hohe digitale Affinität sowie sehr gute MS\-Office und SAP\-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen Technologien und Lösungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude daran, Wissen zu vermitteln und Menschen zu begeistern
